Christchurch

As we knew Kelly and Kristin would be leaving, we decided to have a large farewell the first night we arrived in Christchurch. It was a great night seeing us go through backpacker bars, Irish pubs, clubs and a karaoke bar. A quick trip to Colonel Sanders and the evening was done, but unfortunately that was the last night for the two girls, who we escorted to the airport bus the following day.

It was also Alison's birthday a couple days later, which meant Christchurch was walked through mainly at night time and involved more dancing than sightseeing. Oh well, we'd done a hell of a lot of touring by this point, I think most of us were just happy to stay in the same place for a few days, relax and enjoy each other's company before going our separate ways.
